You come into this life alone and you die alone.

You're all you've really got.

So cherish and prioritise yourself.

No one else will do it for you.

Be your own best friend.

No one else knows you as well as you do.

Love yourself unconditionally.

Others are a reflection of the love that you first give to yourself.

Live life on your own terms.

This is your story, your mission, your path. Not theirs.

Others are helpers, messengers, teachers, guides, mirrors, friends on this life journey. They're here to help you grow and evolve. Together, we repay karma and fulfil soul contracts. But at the end of the day, it is up to you to steer your own ship.

Whether we get to walk together for a minute, a month, a season or a lifetime does not make a difference.

The important thing is, were they able to remind you of your power? Did they play a role in your transformation? Did they teach you how to love and forgive? Where they by your side when you collapsed and rebuilt yourself? Did they scratch a painful wound so that you could finally heal?

Life is better together, but the truth is that you came here on a personal soul mission. If some people are not helping you on your journey, if there is nothing more to learn from them, if the relationship has run its course, then let them go. Thank them for playing their role and for teaching you.

And mainly, give thanks for those who have stuck with you, who support you no matter what, who love you for who you are.
