When I started learning astrology, I soon began to notice a correlation between important events in my life (new jobs, breakups, dark nights of the soul, moving into my dream home, finding community, forming a music band) and the position of the planets in the sky. Important events were taking place at the same time that the planets were influencing important parts of my birth chart.

Over time, with study & observation, I was able to accurately link the astrology to my experiences in order to understand & integrate those events more fully, receive guidance more quickly & grow deeply from those experiences. I cultivated the necessary awareness to not see events play out in my life as "pure coincidence", but rather as a beautiful, precise & divine orchestration by the Universe that allows my soul to evolve & my human incarnation to be even richer.

 

Today, I actively anticipate upcoming planetary energies (transits) by taking action & setting clear intentions in alignment with my birth chart. In other words, I have become a conscious co-creator with the planets by combining their timing with my human experience. I have established a conscious agreement with the planets to work with them & let myself be guided by them as part of my soul's growth & mission. 

 

​Astrology is the discipline that reminds us of the interconnection between the above & the below, the inner & the outer. It is the discipline that bridges Earth & Sky inside each human being, bringing us back to wholeness, and gifting us the language of symbolism to understand the world we live in & the experiences we go through. When well taught & integrated, astrology becomes the art of co-creating with the Universe. Not only to grow as humans & evolve as souls, but also to contribute positively to the collective web of life.
