CONSULTATIONS
All consultations must be paid for in advance, at the latest 4 working days before the scheduled appointment. If no payment has been issued before that time, the service provider has the right to postpone or to cancel the appointment.
By booking a consultation, you agree to being recorded on Zoom. The recording will only be shared with you at the end of the session and it is yours to do with as you please. Your astrology details and all information shared during a consultation are confidential & will not be shared with third parties.
By booking a consultation, you give me permission to read your inner world and energy, and to provide you with astrological insight, which can be very personal, sensitive and psychological in nature.
By booking a consultation, you agree for your email to being added to my mailing list.
You understand that I am not a doctor, medical professional, psychologist, financial advisor or career counsellor. My services are not a substitute to medical or mental health therapy.
You understand that my transmissions are not binding nor the absolute truth. They are tools to help you grow and evolve, and I am merely the translator, messenger and guide. This is a planet of free will and you are free to exercise that will. Only you can claim to know yourself fully and to take control of your life's circumstances.
COURSES
All courses must be paid for in advance, at the latest 24 hours before the course begins or until enrolment closes. If no payment has been issued before that time, the participant will not have access to the course material (Zoom link, files, replays, etc.).
By signing up to a course, you agree to being recorded on Zoom and for the recordings to be shared with other participants, on my website & social media for promotional reasons (I avoid showing faces as much as I can) and in future courses.
By attending a course, you give me permission to read your inner world and to provide you with astrological insight, which can be very personal, sensitive & psychological in nature. You also agree for your astrological data and any astrological reading relating to you to be shared with other course participants, present & future.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
CONSULTATIONS
If your cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time of appointment, you will receive a full refund of the service fee.
If your cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time of appointment, you will be refunded 50% of the service fee.
If you wish to reschedule the appointment, please contact the service provider at least 24 hours in advance.
If you do not show up to the scheduled appointment without a valid reason, no refund will be issued. Please get in touch if this scenario takes place.
If the appointment is cancelled by the service provider for exceptional reasons, you will receive a full refund of the service fee.
COURSES
All sales are final.
If the course is cancelled by the organiser for exceptional reasons, you will receive a full refund of the course fee.
