March is THE month, astrologically!
Venus and Mercury turn retrograde, journeying between Aries & Pisces, the Alpha & the Omega, beginnings & endings.
Then, eclipse season starts. Eclipses bring unexpected changes, sudden endings and significant beginnings. The house in your chart in which the eclipses are happening will show you in which area of life you can expect closure and a new start. Either way, during eclipse season, stay in your centre, cede control and allow events to unfold.
If your faith wasn't tested enough from January until now, March will force you to surrender until you fully let go of control. Cultivating unconditional trust in the Unknown/Divine is the main theme this month, especially in the first half.
March is THE month to break karmic patterns and close old chapters for good. What are you still clinging on to? What are you reluctant to release, even though you know it's not serving your growth and evolution? If you really think about it, you're not losing anything, you're simply making space for something better and more aligned to the new version of you to come in. And after everything you've been through, don't you deserve the best?
The timeline of this process perfectly aligns with the passage from winter (endings) to spring (beginnings).
On the Spring Equinox, we finally move into Fire after 2.5 months of Water. The wheel is set into motion, the new astrological year begins. New beginnings await. The pace is picking up. The rhythm is fiery, quick and disruptive. On the Equinox, plant the seeds you wish to grow and harvest this year.
Venus and Mercury retrograde all month might feel like we're being delayed/tested, especially in finances, relationships, learning, communication and in our personal beliefs/ideologies, but perhaps we should be thankful for their slower influence on this upcoming, fast-paced spring. This is one last opportunity to slow down, revisit and review those areas of our lives. Again, this is really the time to let go of relationships, beliefs, habits and thought processes that no longer serve. If there's nothing more to learn, give thanks, release and move on.
Finally, Neptune moves into Aries on the 31st. This is the beginning of a new spiritual era that deserves its own post. We will get a first taste of this 13-year transit, as Neptune will retrograde back into Pisces on 22 October, before fully moving into Aries on 26 January 2026. Expect new spiritual leaders and fearless pioneers to come forth, especially those with strong Aries placements at the first 4° of Aries (Ascendant, Sun, Moon or Mars).
