A picture is worth a thousand words
A photograph is a visual representation of an frozen moment in time, eternalised and cherished for ever. It is the present moment captured and stored for past and future remembrance. It triggers emotional responses and awakens the senses, bringing back memories of smell, sounds, touch and sight.
Photography allows me to immerse myself in the present moment, aware of everything around me. I need only point my lens, hold my breath and capture that moment.
